Answer to my case 2021

A LOS DIRECTORES DE LUMINA DENTAL,...Desde el año pasado me estoy haciendo un tratamiento en la clínica dental por valor de $5,000 dólares que ya pagué caché, aparte de tantos problemas con la recepcionista que se llama TATIANA todo este tiempo el mes pasado abril 2022, tuve dos turnos que se cancelaron con menos de 3 horas en el mismo día, lo que resultó en la pérdida del día de trabajo. Recibí una llamada de (TATIANA) avisándome que por un pequeño inconveniente se suspendía la cita sin más explicación,, hoy 31/05/2022 me comuniqué con la clínica porque nunca me contactaron para nada, y con la persona que me contestó que no sabía de lo que estaba hablando y le pedí que se comunicara con el médico que me dijo que atendió para solucionar este problema Como en el pasado, ESTA EMPRESA NO DISPONE DE UN NUMERO DE CONTACTO NI DE UN CORREO ELECTRÓNICO PÚBLICO EN NINGUNA DE SUS PAGINAS PARA COMUNICARSE CON LA DIRECCIÓN,, , ,,,robyalbernas@***.es. ES MI CORREO ELECTRÓNICO PARA CONTACTARME, (quiero una copia del contrato que nunca fue reemplazado por el que me quedé en la oficina el día que me sacaron los dientes, Y, de vuelta, los papeles de un pago que se hizo en otra clínica por una radiografía que se quedó TATIANA cuando fui a la consulta por primera vez) (imprescindible la devolución de estos documentos,,) 31/05/2022, gracias

and tried to get in touch with the address of this company and there is still no response from an email that the same clinic provided me by facebook message, because the email they have online is not useful and bounces them,,

A major disappointment (snap on smile)

I had the same problem with the tray molds..the teeth are huge and collect particles from eating ..I really hate to go to public restrooms to take them out and rinse them off. My arch has holes in the back as well, and I think it's because they tried to force them to fit. I'm going to request a refund. I've lost about $5000.00 on this decision. It appears that the office is not that eager to help me since they got my money.. My son started the process and all of his benefits were taken up from the office scheduling cleaning appts.. He never even got fitted for his arch and they made over $4000.00 off of his prep for the snap on smile. At this point I'm very unhappy. And will seek legal assistance to get this rectified.
