Went to the casino to play free slots $50 , playing $.60 a hand then I was doing so well I started playing $1.20 . I had my winnings up to $280 and all of a sudden I looked up and I had $104 .

The amount had jumped up to three dollars I spin ... I continue to try to get it down from three dollars back to $.60 or $1.20 but that did not work all the key stopped working the machine froze. When I had a manager come over so I can inform him what was going on he basically dismissed what I was saying we're not even pull the cameras back to look. when I get home I call the HR department and I am expecting a call back from them because their machine is messed up and it took my money . I am looking for a refund of some sort

First i had to use restroom while standing in line for check in so i went to restroom behind bar i ran into the handicap stall sat down toilet flushed while still sitting on it water squirted on my back then the room mini bar dirty had to pay additional fees to park second vehicle jus a mess never again very bad experience

I played there and they offered a coupon for free play on future visits. The first coupon was great, free room and all.

The next coupon, well not so great, I understood the policies, but not the rude treatment almost as if I was trying to defraud the casino.I had 2 free nights which I left after the first I was so upset.I called twice to try to give them a chance to rectify the situation and the cuswtomer service rep did apologize and offer to have a manager call me back and this did not happen, not once but twice. Well they can keep the other free rooms, meals and $250 in play I was offered it clearly is not worth it to put up with this treatment.Be warned PLAY SOMEWHERE ELSE (besides some of the worst payouts in the St Louis area.)
