Never received order
I placed my order a week before Christmas-four sets of Lumi balls, totaling $35. They were supposed to be stocking stuffer gifts, but I never received them.
I have emailed the company multiple times without a response, and there is no telephone number to contact to speak with a human being.
As a very upset and unhappy consumer, I advise never ordering from this company.

Never received order
I have emailed the company at least 5 times with no response. I ordered over a month ago and nothing.
I feel really stupid for ordering.
It was supposed to be just a fun gift for family members. Instead, they just stole my money.

They do not answer emails. I ordered on November 26.
I am still waiting for my order. I have emailed them several times with no response whatsoever.

SCAM-I luckily paid through PayPal so I'm going to try to go through them or my bank to get money back. Ordered 12/13/24 and as of 1/7/25 still nothing and sent 4 msgs. See WY address but can't track
Saw on Instagram & signed up for discount on order. Once I ordered, they sent out a shipment confirmation from China within a day saying it was waiting to be picked up by carrier. That was over 3 weeks ago.

Worst money I have ever spent!! I was thinking that when I purchased but I thought maybe it would work. Of course it's going to drop from the ceiling. But they show it bouncing back from the wall.
Bought product because the video shows it coming back from the wall!!! Of course it is going to drop from the ceiling!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED

I placed an order on 12/18/24 and paid for priority shipping that was guaranteed before Christmas delivery but after paying $43.00 and sending multiple emails to the company with zero response I also would advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs!
I too paid for priority shipping and paid 43.00 and I have sent 5 emails at this point with no response and still haven't received my order.. so beware this company is scamming people and I wish I knew how to report them and who to report to..
