Irate customer

I did not receive a product from Luminara that I am being charged for. I put in a claim dispute with American Express.

RCA Commerce sent documents to American Express stating I received the product. So now I am being billed for a product I did not receive. I tried contacting the phone number listed for RCA Commerce. No one has answered my numerous phone calls.

I contacted Luminara via their customer support with no satisfaction.

I even went to the UPS store with the tracking number - it is not a UPS tracking number. I feel very foolish that I allowed myself to be scammed.

The product is a sham

I spent almost $80 for this product. It arrived not as pictured.

It came in a plastic container, pure junk! It smelled like insect repellent. I gave it a try but after a few days, I was afraid that it would do more harm than good due to it's poor quality.

I wanted to return it, but their website said that I had to take pictures and document my progress or lack of it for a long time period! Truly a scam..don't fall for it the way I did!

The product was worthless. To get my money back I did everything according to their instructions sending photos and showing empty product case every 30 days for the 90 days ending with three empty product holders.

Since then They have completely ignored my requests for a refund.

I contacted PayPal as I use it for all my purchases, they said it was outside the timeframe. Very disappointing with all

Tried to return 4 out of the 5 unused under eye cream.

I tried 3 different attempts to return the 4 out of 5 unused tube's of under eye cream. I explained I have been using every day for a month.

I asked for a refund because me or my husband were not seeing any difference.

I was told continue to use everyday and send them a picture of me every week.

Are you kidding me?

There NO refund policy is sneaky but it is in their website. They pretty much talk out of both sides of the mouth.I should have investigated them further before spending almost a hundred dollars.

Rash on skin

I have my face broken out in a rash need return my skin is reacting adversely to the RISE skinbiotic Im a red head and easily get rashes. There is something in this product I cannot take please let me know how to get a refund thank you for your attention to this matter. I have to see my dermatologist.

Products unsatisfactory after use many months of use. I contacted customer support before and I was told to continue use of the products.

Customer Support also told me that there was a 180 day guarantee and full refund policy!!!

I have made phone calls and have sent emails with no response! No refund of $600+
