I was charged twice. I wanna cancel altogether. I cannot use the app. It’s very difficult.

I havent been contacted by anybody I cant seem to get a person to speak to. I would like to speak to someone I wanna cancel my subscription.

I was billed twice. I cant use the website.

Im finding it very difficult to use. I want out please call me or contact me in someway.
