However, it was said so fast I could not write it down. I am a disabled veteran with the use of my arms. I would like to unsubscribe from your company. I misunderstood what your company does, and I don't have a need for it.

I foolishly clicked on a FB ad and completed the questionnaire. So far, so good.
I added my personal information and opted to make the $25 purchase for four weeks. Once my credit card information was entered, I couldn't advance further into the site without buying an add-on package. Within minutes, I contacted customer service via email four times so far (they have no phone support), and received templated emails about helping me enjoy the app. I'm so angry, I could spit.
It's not a lot of money, but it is an absolute scam. Their return policy does not include "personal reasons, such as the product not meeting your expectations, and financial reasons, like unexpected charges from trial conversions or automatic renewals." Absolute crookery.
