Very hard to cancel membership
I have tried many times to cancel since I got laid off from work.
Keep getting charged 99.99 . Now I'm going to present this to the better business bureau. I would like the cash put back into my account immediately.

I just started using Lumi, and the can that came with the products is leaking now when I try to spray the can. It leaks all down the can, and the can bubbles when it does that. I would like another can sent to me free of charge.

Disgusting Smell

I paid 14.00 each for this product. I would like to send you the liquid so you can smell it yourself. Is it old and out of date? Was there a chemical compound change that occurred?

You could at least put it in a more comfortable delivery system.
The edges when deodorant gets low is sharp and uncomfortable. Round the edges for goodness sake.

I made the terrible mistake of paying for the annual subscription to Lumi. The styling session is a joke.
It is conducted through chat late at night. The style they show you after being on chat hold for over 30 minutes does not come close to what was requested.
When a refund was requested, they stated that personal or financial reasons will not be reimbursed. They advertised a 30-day money-back guarantee if not satisfied.
