Bought two lamps TL90118. One was broken.They are sending a replacement. The second one is assembled but the light does not work. Update..I havent gotten the replacement for the broken light yet but Im afraid that the same situation after assembling it will be an unworking light. The phone charger does work. The off/on switch is the dimmer switch as well. It does not depress on either lamp. Maybe its a touch senser that doesnt work. Ive been working with the tech help and theyre nice, just havent fixed it. The assembly instructions are incomplete so thats where I would start wondering why there are screws and nuts and no advice about how to fit the wiring under the bottom plate without touching it. Its really not that obviousobviously!
Lumens is a constant source of frustration
in reference to RGA# L515280 You (Lumens) mistakenly sent this item to me long after I had cancelled the order. It was so long from the time I cancelled that when I received the package I had no idea what the package was. So I opened it. When I saw what was inside I set it to the side. At least a month ago a representative from Lumens sent me an email telling me that Lumens had mistakenly sent me a package. I confirmed it was here. Lumens sent me an email with an attached UPS label. (Remember this was approx a month ago). I placed the label on the box. I wait and wait - no one comes to pick it up. I receive another email asking me if the package was ready (a week or 2 after the initial email) - I said 'yes.' No one showed up again And now I receive this new email with another ups label. Telling me I need to get in my car and drop it off at the nearest UPS center. You people need to get it together. And 'NO' I will not take it to the nearest UPS drop off. If you want the contents of this package send UPS to pick it up If you need to see the emails I referenced I have them. Get it together Lumens Richard F Peatross PS I've order two times from Lumens and both times you screwed the order up. BYE

I BOUGHT 3 ITEMS FROM ABOVE COMPANY, A FAN WHICH WAS DEFECTIVE , A SWITCH AND BULBS. THE FAN WAS DEFECTIVE AND I WAS TOLD "DEFECTIVE' PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED. I ASKED ANOTHER REP. AND THEY SENT RETURN LABELS. THE FAN AND SWITCH WERE RETURNED AND AFTER MANY MESSAGES BACK AND FORTH THE ITEMS RETURNED HAVE NEVER BEEN CREDITED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT. I WOULD AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY DUE TO THEIR BUSINESS METHODS. THE INITIAL CUSTOMER REP. WAS CURT, DISMISSIVE OF THE PROBLEM AND ADVISED ANY DEFECTIVE ITEM HAD TO BE SENT TO THE MANUFACTURER ETC., THE OTHER CUSTOMER REPS. WERE NICER, MORE HELPFUL BUT, IN THE END THE COMPANY SENT RETURN LABELS, ITEMS WERE RETURNED BUT, I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE CREDIT FOR THESE ITEMS, AFTER MANY MESSAGES BACK AND FORTH I FINALLY GAVE UP AND LET IT GO. THESE ITEMS COST OVER $300.00 PLUS THE COST OF HAVING THEM INSTALLED SO I LOST OVER $600.00 BECAUSE OF LUMENS POLICIES AND/OR INEPNESS. WOULD ADVISE BUYING ELSEWHERE. DAVE PETRILLO NEW YORK,
