Update on WA state lawsuit and fine against Century Link (now Lumen)

Over 1000 customers had land lines disconnected during COVID. Attorney General lawsuit results in award of $ 707 for each instance.
My update came direct from WA state by virtue of several fraudulent actions by Century Link. ($825,000 total fine)
