Outage
I used Doxo to make my LREMC payment and it wasnt received as of yet causing a disconnect fee to be applied to my account.

Light pole light not working
I had called 3 different times about the problem and I keep getting the same answer...3 working days and it's been 3 weeks since then I appreciate it somebody do something about it. Thanks for anything you can do about the situation
