Rip off on my credit card

On July 21st I received a shipment of Lumalift Eye Cream. I THOUGHT this was the free sample I ordered on May 12. I authorized the payment of $4.95 for shipment on my credit card. I have not received any other shipments although the customer care department says I did. They just casually tell you to call the USPO to follow up. Because this is the first shipment I received I did not know that you have less than 2 weeks to contact them to discontinue charges on my credit report. I was charged $89.99 in June and again July. I requested an address to return the product and requested an adjustment to my account for the unauthorized charges. I was refused a refund with the company "care" representative saying I should have called in June. I attempted to explain I didn't know to call because I never got the shipment nor was I aware of the automatic renewal of charges. He said that was a problem I needed to take up with the USPO. He finally agreed to refund $44 dollars (1/2 of the second billing and none for the first) if I accepted at that moment. Hoping to get this matter resolved with a full refund I declined. I called a different number located on the packing invoice but it was the same location. After insisting I speak with someone above a customer care representative I got Debra who claimed to be a Regional Manager and she was so rude telling me it was my problem and I should take it up with the USPO and no refund would be forthcoming. I believe this company operates a scam and I will pursue this matter further with the Department of Consumer Affairs for the state of California. But, I do want to add another layer to their fraud attempts. For some reason my credit card company declined the charge on 5 occasions (I don't know why as I am in good standing and will re-contact them) but Lumalift continued to attempt making the charge until it cleared. I was told by Lumalift they continue to bill the card because they could.

False advertising

I ordered a "Fee" 30 day bottle of both Vitalieskin and Lumalift eye cream for just the price of shipping ($4.95 and $3.95 respectively). Instead I got a bottle each for $89.99 a piece and never did get a "Free 30 day supply" of either. I called Vitalieskin and they did cancel any future shipments without much trouble, but said I had to call the Lumalift (Dermaskin) seperately. I have not found a phone number yet, very unsatisfied with the false advertising - to heck with the 'fine print'. I did not get the free order at all.
