Still no resolution from the Lulutox company. However, I will keep you informed. Thank you for contacting me regarding an update but nothing so far

I ordered one bag to try. When my order came, there was another triple order with it.

I checked my bank account and the money was gone out of my bank account. I only ordered one bag. I did not order three more. I have sent them three or four request to send me an RMA so I can return their extra teabags and get my cashback.

They drug their feet until they could say oh its too late. We dont give the money back after 30 days.on the Better Business Bureau website there are a whole lot of bad reviews for this company. Apparently they triple order and double order everyone and then tell them all the shipments just went out five minutes ago we cant stop It. Im 72 and widowed and I cannot afford those three bags right now.

One of the ladies offered me 50% refund after I told her I would go to the FTC but I think I will start with the Better Business Bureau and add my post onto there along with you guys here. I was offered the 50% refund last Sunday and sent them an email back telling them that was unacceptable because right is right wrong is wrong. I didnt order it and I shouldnt have to pay for it and I want my money back. I also gave them a piece of advice and told him not to treat people the way they treat them or their business will not survive.

But what do I know? Im just an old lady.

Don't deal with them. They will overcharge , refuse to cancel order and the product does absolutely nothing

This business operatates by deceit. Thier website is designed to be confusing, so you oder more than intended. They, then refuse to cancel the oreder on the basis "the good have already been shipped", even if you cancel using their form within minutes fro ordering and ven their own tracking number cofirms that oreder was not yet dispatched

The product tastes like soup and does nothing other than being a mild diuretic
