Put in a claim for warranty. Proved it is down to a material failure not wear & tear etc.
It luggage said receipt not valid despite argos receipt showing IT luggage case purchased, photo of case on argos website, argos item number & description of case on receipt.
In short IT luggage warranty is FAKE ie not valid as they have no intention of processing legitimate claim!
