Bad service and quality
I bought some Eco-Lite luggage from Luggage Unlimited in September, 2021. I took this luggage on a trip in February, 2022. It literally fell apart on it's first trip. I called Luggage Unlimited to get assistance in contacting the manufacturer to submit a complaint and to replace the luggage. They refused to provide any assistance. Do not buy luggage from Luggage Unlimited if you want quality or service.
User's recommendation: Don't go to Luggage Unlimited.
