Verified ReviewerTerrible unprofessional company
- - Damaged refrigerator during the move and items left in the walkway.
- - Refunds offered: $800 plus $90; only $90 was paid, and no follow-up on the check.
On August 2nd, 2023 I've used this company to delivery my items to my new home. Everything was fine until the workers started making statements like: "This is too much" and "It's too hot for this".
As they still proceeded to bringing in my items, they discovered that my refrigerator couldn't fit through the door. Ok fine, I get that part, but the problem was I've asked them to move it aside and out my neighborhood's way (which they didn't) as well as they left all the box and paper that was over the refrigerator in the middle of the walk way. When I finally looked at my refrigerator, I discovered damages on it. I had a feeling they were damaging my refrigerator because of the way they were dragging it.
I've reached out to this company to file a complaint & informed them about what was going on. At first, they wanted to justify that they don't take refrigerators in the house if they can't fit (which once again got it) but like i informed them. I brought my refrigerator brand new and there were no damages on it at all. So, moving forward, they reached out to me that the claim's dpt would refund me my $90 that I've paid along with an $800 check to resolve the issue.
Well, all of a sudden they refunded the $90, but now NOBODY wants to answer the emails when it comes to asking where is my check. They gave me a date that it was mail out (which was SEPT 26th) and I should have received it by OCT 13th. Well, it's passed that time frame and now NOBODY want to reply to my messages about it. They're VERY HORRIBLE and I would NEVER use them again, nor would I REFER anyone too.
Then I request to speak with management and the most they telling me is the team will reach out to me as soon as possible. Like this happen in AUGUST, we about to be in NOVEMBER.
They still haven't got back to me about my check to let me know anything. This Place is Terrible.
- Need better reliable workers
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Good luck with using them. The cheap but it doesn’t pay to be cheap

Verified ReviewerUnsanitary work conditions that pay less than minimum required wage
- - Lugg lured us to Fort Collins for $30 with a promised bonus, amid a dying dog, bile and blood, threats, and pay well below minimum wage.
Lugg lures me and an unsuspecting driver from centennial to fort collins for a whole 30.00. Also claiming that day I would get a bonus.
So we get there and I know notice she had jaundice.. aaaaand something else. Between the smell of bile, dying dog (there was one), *** and blood everywhere as she was bleeding we were coaxed and pushed into doing this job. She threatens to call our boss, her biker club and makes good and well sure that even though we already get paid way less than minimum wage that something is going to happen.
So this poor driver and I walk through the apartment, step in dog *** and hair, the smell of a dying woman who could possibly give us disease, and forge through one load. She demands we take more loads for free after the horror. Lugg demotes me, the driver turns on me thinking this is his lucky break, and my phone is illegally monitored more often than not as if that's a legal right. Some days I only make $15.00.
For 5-7 hours on duty.
The people in the payment photo are the driver victims.
Denver minimum wage is 17.00.
Sounds great until you try to eat or take care of your kid. Most of what we make goes back into our world day.
User's recommendation: Tip your luggers and pay a legal wage on top of that. What lugg is doing to it's victim employees is actually jail time.
