Premium subscription not working
I paid for a yearly subscription to ludwig.guru in March 2024. Since yesterday, 24th September 2024, my premium subscription is no longer available. I have been trying to contact the service provider without any success.

Hello, i have used the 3 day free trial, when i wanted to cancel my subscription in time to not exced the 3 days, because the i didnt find the app useful for my specific needs, it was constantly saying something went wrong, at this point this feels like a scam to get money from people. Now i have been bille over 70 euros for something i wont use and i did not found useful. I wold like a refund back

Hi there,
I am a returned customer of ludwig.guru when I was reading in NZ 5 years ago. At that time your service was quite warm and quick.
However, I paid the premium on April 19th via wechat and the order ID is 755861A6-0008. I have already sent several emails but there has no response until now.
