They scam ID numbers, accounts, and all information, then stop working. Be aware, there are scams, and I don't know why this is still running ads. They are a scam site. Be aware and keep an eye on your bank.

They have all the information and it will not let you process when you've filled out details. This Lucky2Go site is a scam.

A catastrophic experience to avoid at all costs! Nonexistent customer service: it is impossible to reach them, whether by phone or email.

My return ticket was canceled without my consent, and no alternative solution was offered. I am now stuck abroad, completely abandoned by this agency. I had seen very negative reviews before booking, but I still decided to give them a chance. Big mistake!

They neither respect their customers nor honour their legal obligations.

It's a SCAM company they act on fraud where they hold your money as a pending transaction on your bank account then the money gets released where they will say that they didn't get the money and then cancel the booking.

Es una estafa , no compren billetes por esta empresa , compré un vuelo desde harrisbur , hasta Savannah , me cobraron 406 y me dijeron que tenía que esperar 8 horas antes del vuelo y que la confirmación me llegaba a mi correo , nunca me llegó la confirmación y me fui al aeropuerto con lo único que tenía un correo que me envió esta empresa , al verificar datos me dijeron que había sido víctima de un robo por parte de esta empresa que no existía ningún registro de pago ni de reserva .. !

In this case, it was entirely my fault because I provided them with an invalid email. During my call, an agent sorted everything out very professionally. Thank you for providing me with their phone number.

Needed to cancel a flight. When I bought the tickets, they mentioned the cancellation insurance option as easy.

The cancellation process is very tideous and the website is hirrible, they make it difficult to cancel and bearly impossible to contact them.

I sent 2 messages to cancel and receive 0 response, Im lucky to have found pissed consumer for the number. When I back home i need to make a claim to the insurance company, which will probably be a very long and painful experience.

In this case it was entirely my fault because by mistake I provided with invalid e mail(typo) An agent was able to find my booking and sort out situation. I can have only praise for this company so far.

One setback was a small ampunt charged on the top of booking, but yet difference with closest quote was significant. Thank you Pissed consuumer for providing me with phone number of them.
