Stuff is very rude disrespecting. I’ve been a customer at this Lucky over a year. Never had any issues with anybody there. I respected every single person there but after today’s incident

It has been my store for over 40 yrs. in that day the cashier I give $100.oo Dollars to charge only 20.00 Cash and the balance on my credit card without telling me He charged me all the money to my 100.00-dollar bill I tell him what happened? and the answer was If don't like it go to customer service a don't have a time for you now no respect for older spanish person he supposed revert the charges and correct the problem/transaction or call the manager to fix any problem in the store I know everyone in the store I never have someone with bad aptitud to if don't want to work don't go to work and treat people like the food is free or we are all homeless .
I will write to the corporation now; I'm expecting some answer from your manager

Information was helpful to use digital ad program. Just wondering why the consumer has to jump through all these hoops just to be able to shop in your store, and, of course, all the chain grocers.
You seem to entice us with bargains but if you are not tech savvy you will never receive those bargain prices.
The time involved with this process is not worth my time or money.
Good luck with it. Trying my local grocer and meat market where you are greeted, welcomed, and seem to have better stocked shelves.

Why do you sell old ground beef
- - Ground beef in Martinez store appeared old and gray.
- - The meat manager said there was nothing wrong and it would be sold, raising health concerns.
To whom it may concern I had visited one of your stores here in Martinez california and I noticed that there was some ground beef that was old and extremely gray in color, when I called it to the both the attention of the store manager and the meat market manager, the meat manager said there was nothing wrong with the meat and they would still sell it like that. I find it very harmful,and I'm sure somebody will get extremely sick
