I've been a gold member for quite a few years now. I mainly work out at the commack location since so many others have closed. For approximately the last 6 months the gym had employed a cleaning service that cleans late morning or early afternoon. I look forward to peaceful work outs & find the noise of the vacuum very annoying & a distraction!

Another disgruntled Holbrook member. Tired of the noise from the music and stomping in the room where classes are veing held. After we complain to deaf ears, nothing is done. The doors are supposed to be closed.....WE CANNOT HEAR OURSELVES THINK. HOLBROOK SITE STINKS

They wont keep the doors closed when classes are held. Today they didnt turn the fans on for at leadt 20minutes. They say its too hot in the classroom. Too bad.....i cannot hear the music or tv. This is a new practice. GET BETTER VENTILATION...This is the Holbrook site. We all hate this in the gym part

I started in Lucille Roberts at January 01 2017 but I have to cancel my membership on jun 23 2017. I paid U$ 35.00 dollar. But nobody send to me the confirmation for the cancel my membership; In Feb 02 2017 I saw in my bank account one bill for U4 28,58 dollar to paid to Lucille Roberts. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES!!! almost imposible to be able to cancel membership!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please do not waste your time and money -- they are very sweet to get you but they will give you a very hard to cancel your membership- they told me after 3 years that my underage daughter never cancel the membership - they never contact me before- Now they asked me to pay $65 to renew the membership and the wave the fee- I'm asking for a letter or... his name is SEAN!!! extremely rude, not honest, they were cruel evil and harsh to me. ive never been so dissapointed with a customer service like this. They said they will cancel my membership and 3 months later i was still getting billed monthly when i checked my account.... that is called stealing. i showed proof of my conversation with them. they denied it. do not sign up with them. i work so hard for my money and they stole it just like... Lucille Roberts had always been my go to gym because of the classes, which most other gyms do not offer, and no matter which location I go to, there is always an issue. Whether it's the poor customer service, broken equipment and most recently, Lucille Roberts allowing their Zumba instructors to video record the class while it is in session. Good Morning, I have join Lucille Roberts in the pass and had a wonderful experience, by renewing my membership the experience is horrible none of the people i have interacted with have been friendly, i have choose Valley Stream to be my gym of choose my first interaction was horrible at that time i didn't want to continue i spoke to manager at the gym about me cancelling my membership ,without even receiving my membership #which i never got ....
