The company never made contact with me. Although I leave several messages.

All they concerned about charged a previous credit I had. I don't know how they do it but the charges went to through to my current credit card.

Lucid chart took $103 from my credit card without my permission. They give a few trial and I call them and leave many messages.

After the trial date passed I didn't use the service and the still took the money without my permission through a old credit card account. An account I had with them from previous time about 5 years ago.

I am student in college I cannot afford that amount of money for a service I didn't not use. I felt they ripped me off, now the bank charged the $103.

The software didn't work for me with many limitations and it doesn't make sense I will have to pay for a program that is of no use

I want an explanation of an outrageous bill and reimbursement

I am writing to ask for a reimbursement to the charge you made to my credit card of $540 in 10/15. This is outrageous.

I havent used your website since 2021 and was charged with ā enormous bill without explanation. I want ā reimbursement and cancellation to the account.

I did a trial...and didn't maneuver through making charts very well...it was for class at school...then I got billed...i didn't sign up for a subscription just a trial run..

They dont take their customers seriously. You can not reach them via phone, they take forever to respond to your email its very upsetting.
