- - Ordered Bear Rattler boots, 11.5, width ee, paid full price.
- - No tracking number was received and the boots were not delivered.
I placed this order for these boots and paid set price and have been waiting for the Bear Rattler Size 11.5 Width ee and waited for a tracking number which i never got also didnt get the boots ,now this is not my first pair of boots but i really wanted this one im 68 yrs old and i thought this would be great for myself ,here is a copy of the paper work i got please help me ,thank you Martin Gadzinowski all info is on the paperwork

I returned the boots the same day I got them. I have not received a note that the returned items have been received and when I can expect my money back. Thanks a lot

- - Boots have not arrived by December, and there is no update after 20+ calls.
Ordered custom made boots from Lucchese Nathville in January and paid $2300.00. It is now December and I cant get any answers as to where the boots are!!!???
Made at least 20 phone calls and nobody will help with this issue!! Today a kind soul, Martha, advised me to email the district manager.

Lack of communication, multiple pairs of damaged boots received, lack of follow up on return/exchange and now it is illegal to receive these animal skin boots in California so I am out three months of time and can no longer get a replacement. Also they only issued a partial refund. Very disappointing!!
