Lucanna Farms is a scam... buyer beware
- - Ordered CBD gummies on promo and tried to cancel.
- - Was told the product shipped and only a partial refund was offered.
Beware, scammed by them. I ordered several bottles of their CBD gummies on a promotion, not many other ways TO order.
I immediately realized I'd made a mistake and called in moments later to cancel.
Nope, was told I'd have to wait for product, which had 'already been shipped' (miraculously) to arrive, and then send back for a refund. I objected and questioned their shipment and their policy. In what they defined as a 'good faith gesture', they offered to refund my 'purchase' partially, I think it was half, so that I could try the product.
I agreed. I received the product and called to return, without asking me why I wanted to return the product, they announced that my product was refunded, what did I want?
I explained I wanted to return for a full refund. Nope, according to the T&C buried at the bottom of the website, I'd already obtained a partial refund, and that was all they were required to give.
This is clearly a scam to avoid refunding a clearly inferior product. Will continue to appeal, spread warnings with consumer websites but was shocked to see that the BBB had very few complaints, so wanted to set consumers straight right away.
Research this place, I wish I had.
