Both my daughter and I have tried to cancel this service. Every influencer charges money; not one makes content without money. We were bluntly lied to by your sales team.

They told us the influencers would work on product and commission that’s not the case in any way shape or form all the influences that we reached out to which are hundreds all wanted to be paid. None of them really cared about the product they just wanted the money so why would I pay $3800 a year to then pay thousands for the influences to talk about my product absolutely bogus.

I got billed for something that I did not want
- - The CFO approved a full refund.
- - The customer now has no issues with the company.
- - Pissed Consumer.com is now their favorite company.
I spoke to the chief financial officer of the company and they agreed to refund me the total amount of the order and now I have no problem with the company so pissed consumer.com which I had never heard of before is now my favorite company in the world thank you so much
