Louis Thompson , President and owner of LT Concrete Landscape Pools and Spas 19 Melissa Lane Covington, LA 70435 - Is not a Licensed Contractor for the state of Louisiana, call them, (225) 765-****. The Board has dealt with him before and they knew right away who I was talking about.
He hires illegal immigrants and domestic violence felons!!!! Not what I want on my property! One his operators actually was bragging to me about being arrested for hitting his girlfriend and getting a felony charge - OMG - I spoke to Mr. Thompson and asked if it was his practice to hire felons and he wouldn't answer - I then asked him to refund me my money an get off my property and he refused.
I told him I didn't want any felons on my property especially with violent conditions - I have a wife and small children. Mr. Thompson laughed at me then he turned and walked away. I got no money back and a huge hole in my yard - I had to hire another company to come and start over.
He has no assets so my attorney said I'd be wasting time and money to file a civil suit against him.
- I have reported this to local authorities. Has no idea what he is doing, pathetic job and no customer service to fix anything - and everything was wrong,
