Never receive my package

Order from Fashion Nova, and it has been a month almost and still have received my order yet, but after I email them today about my order some hours later it showed it was delivered on the 18th, but they sent me a message on the 19th about issues with my address

i was banned from bidding...i won a bid, customer refused to open lot and present my vehicle...said he didn't have nobody to open the gate...so I said I should get a refund...i had driven 150 miles to pick up vehicle...lso said they nothing to do with the issue...but banned me from bidding...that was shady business...plus they tend to not take pics of damaged sides of the cars...they hide information...like ...if car has keys are not and mileage of the car....all of that is ez information they hide to increase the price of the vehicles...
