Messing with my time and patience
i return a defective computer, right? so the employee says i can exchange it for any other electronic item. so i spend 2 hours deciding on which washing machine i will buy, at over 300 dollars more than the computer cost. i go to check out and the mananger says, "no, it has to be a computer as we are already going to lose to much money returning this computer to Hp. I tell him i was told by two othe people that this exchange would be acceptable, yet he pulled rank and refused the transaction. i will NEVER buy from them again! CG
