How hard is it to answer a phone or find my order and email me ?

Apparently too hard. It seems as I have been ripped off by your online shop.

$1705 Australian dollars have been taken out of my amount and you have not sent me an invoice tracking or an explanation I paid with paypal .

I have paypal proof but because you wont answer phones or reply to emails i might have no other choice to presume a charge back with paypal . DISCRACFULL.
