I bought a Paul Mitchell’s bow dryer and not even 5 months it goes out. I reached out via email to the customer service and no response, I repeatedly called and was on hold so I hung up, I emailed again and no response.
I feel like I wasted a 100+ blowdryer..
I just ended up throwing it all away. I’m so disappointing and dissatisfied with this website
Received order incorrectly 3 times!!
Don’t buy from Loxa Beauty!!!! I ordered a specific flat iron that is hard to find.
They kept shipping me one that is very similar in name but the product itself you can plain as day see the differences. They shipped me the iron incorrectly 3 times. By the 2nd time every rep I spoke to said “oh yeah, I see the difference.” However they said they got in contact with the warehouse and they had the bins marked incorrectly and fixed the issue. Got my 3rd package and it was still the wrong one!!!!
I had to take time out of my day (I live in the country too) to drive into town and ship back both wrong ones. By this time I told them they needed to do something, they did refund my money and keep one of the irons. However I am still not happy, I want the iron I ordered cause the one they sent me sucks!!!! I also took the time out of my day to send info to the last rep I dealt with the forward to a manager to show them the differences.
I don’t want someone else going thru this issue. Oh yeah, and on the 3rd time they decided to tell me it’s the same iron!!! Lol, it’s not. The one I want and ordered from another company just now has red on it with black plates!
The one that they kept shipping me has nano titanium on the box in the name and has chrome colored plates along with chrome writing. See the pictures.
I will never order from Loxa Beauty again and I think Cosmoprof is owned by the same company so I will not have my hairstylist but my stuff there for me anymore as well. I refuse to give that company money!

I ordered on the 4th. Products shipped on the 6th and I recieved them yesterday, the 8th.
They were in tact and brand new. I think I found my favorite beauty site.
Keep up the good work. I love that I can buy many different salon products in one site.
THE WORST
I ordered a makeup pallet for my wife. It wasn’t what she wanted and I contacted the company to send it back and get a refund.
They told me that I would need to contact the vendor, but didn’t have the vendor contact information. How I’m the *** am I suppose to contact someone you don’t even have contact info for.
I paid my money to you but I have to go through a 3rd party for a refund. *NEVER USE THEM, THEY ARE A *** RIPOFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!******

I called and cancelled my order of Nioxin scalp system 6 on December 9. They said they would re-route the truck it was being delivered on back to the warehouse and they would give me my refund when the item is scanned back into the warehouse.
On December 14, I called inquiring about my refund and the customer service rep I spoke to said my item has been returned to the warehouse and I should see my refund post to my bank account within the next few days, Three days goes by and I still hadn't received my refund. Called and got the run around again. Called today nd spoke with two people. Both messaged their supervisor and the supervisor told them that they would refund my money.
Still haven't seen it post to my account. I am starting to wonder if this place is not a scam. It is really *** me off! I just want my money back like they keep promising.
I returned the item before it had a chance to get to my house and I have never been able to even use it. Now I am out money because of their negligence.
I am about to file a report with the BBB or talk to a lawyer or the police or somebody. Absolute NONSENSE!

Over a month now and still haven't gotten my refund despite my bank and I calling them together and them saying it would only be another two business days!! Plus their shipping is horrible.
It takes forever for the item to get here. The products look cheaply put together
They sent shampoo improperly packaged and exposed!
Customer service won't even respond. I've sent 3 emails.
No response. Complete fraud this company!!
So Confused and untrustworthy purchasing process
I will never shop via Loxa beauty again. For the first time, I made an order and soon received "Thank you for your order "email telling me that the process is done.
Then the next minute I received another email said" Unfortunately, due to inventory, we are unable to fulfill your purchase order. " This kind of situation kept on an on for 3 times while I placed the same order which took me a lot of time to do this. I changed another credit card and tried the 4th time, then the order finally processed and fortunately is on the way to ship (which was several days after since I placed the orders)....then the next day, I received another email telling me that "Unfortunately, due to inventory, we are unable to fulfill part of your purchase order.The following items have been canceled and your payment has not been processed. " I called them and the employee told me that she will check it for me and called back, then I didn't receive any call.
I thought she might be busy handling a lot of chaos .
SO I called again, after knowing my shipment will not be arriving in time due to those crazy and chaos procedures, I had to cancel the shipment and kept waiting for another call to tell me that the shipment will be cease to ship...after 30 minutes passed , I had to call again to cancel it. I was so annoying and depressing about wasting a lot of unworthy time on placing my orders via Loxa Beauty.

Loxa Beauty - Shipping Service Review
I was looking for the shampoo that I use to buy at the salon. I found online that Loxa Beauty sold it I decided to buy from them.
It has been a nightmare! I will never buy from them again and will be sure to tell family and friends not to either. I have been waiting 3 weeks for my order. Called again today ( 3rd phone call ) because I received a product I didn't even order.
Every time I call I'm told we are so sorry. Your order has shipped and will be there in 3-4 days. Today I was told my shampoo and conditioner should be here Monday and my hairspray should be there soon after that. Hopefully not another lie.
This is the worst company ever! I shop online a lot and I have never had such I difficult time receiving what I ordered.
They took the money out of my account quickly but are unable to deliver product. I would not recommend using this company.
They don't know how to deliver products and refuse refunds
I ordered approximately $70 worth of shampoo product from Loxa Beauty. They advertised free shipping via UPS.
Days later, UPS reported my package as delivered, however only the city, state, and zip were on the tracking information. They didn't appear to have provided my street number or name. The package was signed for by someone I do not know, and the drop-off location was "dock". Pretty sure I don't have a dock at my house.
I called UPS to find out that they actually delivered it to a USPS post office. WTF? Another week went by, I contacted Loxa Beauty several times for a refund. They refused, stating that it had already been shipped.
However, I refuse to be held responsible for carrier error or their screw up for not putting my full address on the package (assuming that was the case). They made no compromise whatsoever to resolve the situation. Over a month after I purchased the product, I finally received a beat up box on my porch. I was confused as to what it might be.
Inside were the shampoo products I ordered from Loxa Beauty, busted open and leaking inside. I have an ongoing dispute with my bank for this issue and I will continue to pursue a refund in this matter.
I am leaving my review here so that everyone that reads it can save themselves some headache and avoid this company at all costs. They don't give a *** about their customers.
