What kind of a lawyer asks you for money to speed up your case?

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Just talk to me, what kind of a lawyer asks you for money to speed up your case? What does that even mean?

Three choices for million dollars:

a) Is he the lawyer and the judge at the same time?

b) Is he and the judge a family?

c) Does he have a business with the judge?

Whatever you answer, I think you will not be wrong.

I am talking about Mr. Provenzale btw, "real professional"!

*takes your money and speeds up your case

Corrupted or greedy?

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I saw a lot of reviews, people talking about Lowndes law firm and attorneys being greedy, unprofessional and uncaring for their clients and all I can say is that everything these people said is true. It seems like a "high-end" law firm is always professional, but in this situation is totally the opposite.

How do you react when someone tells you: "I can help you with your case, I know somebody, but that will cost you $..."

I witnessed that and I was disgusted! I wanted to not share anything about this situation, but even with this, stay away from Lowndes law firm and most important, stay away from Michael Provenzale!

I am confused from what I've read about Michael Provenzale from Lowndes law firm!?

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I called this law firm a month ago to ask for an estate and probate litigation service and price. After the call, I checked on the records in Lake County, I found that attorney Michael Provenzale was attempting to influence proceedings. I am a 20-year businessman that doesn't even have one parking ticket paid, and from what I've read, I think that such acts are unethical...

I heard that he often calls his clients on a "meetings" to "push" their cases.

Wow! Really? Can anyone check him?

Check him? There are authorities who are responsible. They should investigate and act according to it.

Authorities? Man he is wired to everyone. It's all about cash and this dude it's so into it, that he is ruining Lowndes rep to the ground.

I heard that too. He is ruining Lowndes' reputation!

I did not expect this

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I considered Lowndes a high profile law firm...however, it turned out it's not actually like that. I didn't know that litigation is so much expensive these days.

Is the inflation that increases the prices or the greedy lawyers who don't know where to stop!? I don't know, really! I was called on a short meeting by Mr. Michael Provenzale only to be informed that if I am willing to pay extra, my case will be quickly resolved, as paying extra, will get the judges "to act faster"...

I don't know if he thinks that I am a fool or what!? I am not getting into those things.

If I was a judge and I see all of this...I wouldn't like it

Michael Provenzale did the exactly same thing to me. It's his tactic all along.

I didn't know that Lowndes works in this way. A law firm doing illegal things? How can you actually trust the system now?

I am disappointed and frustrated!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I was offered a real estate litigation by Lowndes. Despite the costs I was having, I was called on a sudden meeting where I was actually asked to spend another $18000, because Mr.

Michael, knows the judges and the judicial assistants in Lake County! I was shocked! I didn't know what to do.

This is out of control, and I am not sure about it! I don't want to be involved in something like this.

Is it legal for an attorney to ask extra money because he knows the judges?

Legal!? Maybe in a parallel universe.

Guest

It's not legal, but he surely does it.

It's not legal for sure but if it's a good deal why shouldn't we use him to take care of us?

Unethical, unprofessional!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I am reading people's experiences here, and I am shocked! I thought that I was the only one that went through this stress.

I was offered a business litigation by Michael Provenzale. The disputes I was having with my company were of a critical nature and I needed help desperately. Even though Mr. Provenzale was familiar about the situation, he put me in an uncomfortable position where I was asked to spend another $20,000 so the litigation can be supported and expedited.

Mr. Provenzale told me that he knows the judges in Lake County and my investment of 20K will strengthen my position and it will take care of my case.

I felt miserable and betrayed! I think that I was approached by an unethical and unprofessional attorney!

I think he is also involved with Dwight Schar, the guy that was banned from the NFL and was named a gangster, also people were accusing him for acting like a mafia.

No, I think you are getting confused with the guy named Rick Scharich.

Guest

Was this happening before the judges' elections? As I read on other places and from what people said, I think it was.

From what I am reading here, I think that he used the money to donate for campaigns. So you get where the connections come from...

Guest
reply icon Replying to comment of Guest-2298017

True! This guy is so caught up with everyone that if "someone" tries to investigate will get himself lost in the web of "connections".

Highly unethical and rude attorney works here!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I am encouraged by the fact that some people shared their experiences with attorney Michael Provenzale from Lowndes Law firm with the public, so I can share mine too. Mr.

Provenzale was hired for a business litigation. However, instead of going straightforward and according to legal procedures, Mr.

Provenzale advised me to spend extra $20K because he has connections with the judges, so my case would've been "expedited".

I had a very high opinion about Lowndes, but after this situation, I highly recommend not to hire them! Especially Michael Provenzale!

Thanks for sharing your experience. If Mr. Provenzale is doing that, I consider it illegal and unethical!
