Everything is attached to the email they never sent!!!

I bought a ticket through Lowestfare. Found a better deal through Priceline. Lowest fare did not send an email. I went to cancel my original purchase. Got ticket info off my statement. There was no phone number for the company on my statement. Got the phone number off the web, very surprised to find Lowestfare is part of Priceline. Customer service could not find my ticket by ticket number, reference number off of my statement or from my email address. There was no email sent, they could however see the Priceline purchase. I can only cancel and refund through my credit card. Never again!!!

Lowestfare.com ......... DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!

I scrambled to locate my travel /flight information, and turns out, lowestfare.com never emailed my itinerary information. Gotta be the worst, laziest, disorganized place EVER. Calling them a "business" would be too high an honor so I won't. They are more of a hustle and I wouldn't waste my money on them. Cheap is not always good. There are so many travel sites, why use this one, for Pete's sake? Never make this mistake again. Oh and their customer service? Haha, good luck with that one! Now buyer, you have been warned, right? Don't make the mistake, don't DO IT!

No confirmation email with pertinent information.

I purchased tickets in March. They charged my credit card right away but did not send a confirmation which stated that passport information had to be entered 72 hours before travel. Were it not for a very help Air Canada agent, we would have been screwed. I would buy tickets but I would followup immediately since their staff does not. I got my ticket information off my billing statement. Thank goodness for American Express and their thoroughness. The agent knew when I told her that it was lowestfare that they are lax in their procedures. Be careful with lowestfare.

Lowestfare.com Worst Customer Service

Bought an airline ticket from Lowestfare.com, from New York to Spain, that includes connecting flights. After purchase Lowestfare.com confirmed that I had all requested seats, including window seats. Unfortunately one of my connecting flights was cancelled, and I had to change to a later flight. When Lowestfare.com contacted me about the change, the agent, Risa, said that after the flight change was made, I still had to go to the airport within the next few days, b/c I had a paper ticket. I told her I lived more than an hour away from the airport and wanted to make sure this was necessity; she said it was. I I went to the airport, and was told at the terminal, in no uncertain terms, that I had wasted my time, because I was already taken care of over the phone. On top of that, I had to pay airport parking to take care of this. Then on top of it all, the airport agent stated that Lowestfare.com never submitted a window seat request, and it was too late b/c they were booked up. I bought these tickets 6 months ago when plenty of window seats were available! When I called back Lowestfare.com today and told them what happened, the agent, Melissa, said "All I can say is sorry. There is no one else you can speak to. If you have a further complaint, please go to our website and email one." I will never use them again. The worst customer service ever!
