Hi,

I have been an avid Lowe's customer for many years for both my own homes remodeling projects and for my customers. It has taken me many trials and tribunals to come to this point to file a complaint against several of the Lowe's stores I have purchased products from in Harrisburg, PA (store# 0522) and New Haven, CT (tore 0593).

On November 17 and 18 of 2022, I ordered over $15,000 worth of appliances and washer and dryer from stores (#0593) and # 0522.

This has been the most difficult order, delivery, installation process I have ever experienced in all my years of doing this type of work.

Both stores have lost my orders, did not apply VSP pricing to appliances, charged me for installations when it was a part of the order, the invoices were a total mess. It was to the point that all my orders in Harrisburg, PA was cancelled and reordered because of so many hands involved that didn't take the time to process the orders correctly.

Store #0593 has still not shipped the washer and dryer because on the delivery date the installers brought the dryer but not the washer and told my client that the washer was a recall and Lowe's should have called me and informed me that the item is not going to ship.

Long story short, as of now I am still missing my appliance delivery in both PA and CT no one wants to take the time to determine what is going on.

I promise you, if I had bought these from Home Depot not only they would have been ordered correctly but also delivered and installed at no time.

Very disappointed with the quality of service and once this is all done I am taking my business else where.

LOWES FOR PROS ACCOUNT REWARDS

I called on January 1st, 2023 at 938am EST. I was given incident #0738****. This is the first year I used the program and I thought I had to wait to use my rewards earned until the end of the year. I now know that this is not the case. The person I spoke to on 1/1/23 told me they were turning my case over to the IT department to have my rewards put back in my account. I have been a dedicated customer spending tens of thousands of dollars last year as part of the program. I would like to know how I can get my rewards back for 2022, please.

Im not receiving my reward points

I never got to speak to anyone! And still no points on my account! I should be at the Platinum level because my purchases this year amount to almost 30,000 dollars for the year! I was told that the company I work for was there biggest customer this year, but yet I can't get my points! I have 3 credit cards and one debit card linked to the account and I do not get any points at all!!

We went to Lowes to order materials for our new deck. The purchase was about $1200 in building materials. The desk clerk helping us said we could get free delivery if we opened a Lowes credit card account. Sounds good right? Nope... We placed the order, CC Account was immediately approved. They charged our account for the material. We expected delivery about 3 weeks later and this was all fine. The materials were delivered on schedule with the contracted labor. We mentioned we had not received our Credit Card in the mail they said give another week or 10 days for the COVID Issues, etc. No problem. I wanted to get the account paid, so we just took the temporary CC Account info to the store and paid it off. Still no "hard card" in hand. Made mention again no card, and they said wait a week or so longer. Well this has been almost 2 months. No card. Finally, we went back to the Pro Counter and discussed this issue with the clerk who originally helped us and he said, oh the address is completley wrong, we need to fix this... Okay no problem. It turns out they cannot fix the issue in the store so we spend about 45min in the store on hold / online with the 800 number clerk. They wanted a verification "VIDEO" from the Phone holding the Driver's License next to the face, etc. The Phone clerk text a link to the phone on file for return Video verification. Why not a snapshot, i do not know... ANYWAY, We complied and sent the video. On the text requesting the verification video there is another 800 number to call after the text reply with the video. We waited a few minutes after sending the video and called. They asked for a verification "code" from the Verification Video Text. We gave them the code and they could not find it! OMG! Can these people do anything right? So after another 15minutes on the phone waiting and talking to the person who needed the verification video to change the address on the account, she said, I cannot find it. My wife got on the phone and asked if we could just CLOSE the Account! She said yes. Now how come they cannot change an address typo from the original clerk typing in the information but any unverified person can call and just close an account? This gets better. Now to close the account, we need to pay off the BALANCE that we already paid off! Oops she said no it is only $26 and some change. Well we just paid off the account the other days but maybe there was an issue. So we went to the register to pay off the final $26 and some change and then clerk said we could NOT pay off any Lowes Credit Card balance with a Lowes Gift Card!!! They won't even take their own verifiable money source! Okay this is getting nerve racking and anyone who has read this far needs to know we paid the balance in cash and kept the receipt! We decided to cut up the Lowes Gift Card (balance $41) and NEVER go to LOWES Again! If you go in and pay cash, you might be okay but I dont know. I do not think these people can do anything right when processing data, credits, etc.
