Lost order details
Not using them as they did not reply to my request about size of frames for repeat order by email abd phone calls just rang out with no answer or had to leave viouce message shush also we’re not responded to !
Tried calling, no numbers worked, emailed twice; the second one was a relief to automatically say they'd be in touch shortly, but never did. I have given up on them totally and am using another online retailer for glasses, so I guess they'll go bust again soon.

I am not very happy. I placed an order on the 8th of October 2025 and paid £61.98.
I have never received my glasses, and I have sent several messages via my account and email, which have never been answered. I cannot find a telephone number to contact you either. I would like to know if I am ever going to receive my glasses. If not, can I have a refund?
