Never Received Order.
Purchased a sweatshirt from them on 4/25/24, never received it. Reached out to them on 5/7 for an update.
Seller apologized for overlooking the order and said she would ship it out asap. 5/31 I reached out to the seller again to either provide an update or refund. Seller viewed message did not respond. 6/22 I reached out to the seller again asking for a response because I did not want to file a claim with my bank.
Seller viewed message and did not respond again. 6/25 filed a claim with my bank.
8/7 received a letter from my bank stating the seller is disputing my claim. I still have not heard from the seller, gotten a refund or received my purchase.
