Support takes 5 days
They take the money out of your account instantly, but when you actually need help getting a refund support disappears for 5 whole days. How is that right??
The money hit my account quickly, but waiting a week just to get a response is RIDICULOUS. Support said the delay was because of a "high volume of requests" but I CALL BS.
