I purchased a living room set from room to go about 2 years. The furniture was originally $3000 plus.
I paid &1700 because it was discontinued. The chair in a half is beginning to peel and crack badly. So I assume it isn’t leather. IFurniture that cost That much should t Last a lifetime I have had furniture that lasts for 20 years that I gave away and the people still have it this is sorry We very seldom sit in the room where this furniture is.
I don’t even have kids. This furniture is defective.
I need a refund for this piece. Something needs to be done.

In November of 2013 we bought a two seat reclining sofa made from leather products. Within two years it started to *** l everywhere.
So we went to the store where it was purchased and they said the couldn't return it for something else but we could have another sofa. We did that and here is doing it again in the seams. The store doesn't want to discuss the issue.
I feel the company knows these are defective but won't do anything about it. I am stuck with a $1000 sofa and no where to go except to a Lawyer which would cost me more then the sofa.

Lazboy - Garbage and nasty store owner

After spending thousands on a Greyson leather motion sofa and loveseat and going to the store several times to complain and calling, I’m disgusted and disappointed. The cushions have gone flat and the frame slams into your back when trying to sit.
The store repeatedly said I had no options and have now changed their answer to “It’s a one year warranty.” Can’t get the owner on the phone, imagine that. It’s the Springfield Illinois store. Beware, the cushions are junk and you won’t get any help from them.
I began contacting them after having the garbage furniture for a week but never got any help. I’ve emailed and gotten a response from La-Z-Boy but they are waiting for the store to respond.
