Pretty much everything they advertise is part of a scam to get you to pay 5 times the price for beanbags and Seld assembly furniture much like a Swedish brand. Once you pay lovesac and realize you've been duped, you will never get your money back or even give away your lovesac to someone for free. No one wants it!
