Won't refund, no product recieved

Placed an order for a purse that was to be a Christmas gift, product arrival being promised to me. Not 3/4 days later sent me an email stating it'd be one to two wks after, so I cncld the order. Co. told me the order shipped, I never received the purse, and since Nov. I've been in a continuous loop trying to recieve my $40 credit. I have THEIR emails stating I am owed a refund, then emailed saying they put in two orders under my account, still no product rcvd.or refund. I've cld & emailed requesting a mngr call me,they haven't. I have up to 25 emails I've sent, last 4/5 they haven't replied.

User's recommendation: Do not use Love Orange Sky.
