Never received my order
I never received an email confirmation tracking number. My order is still not here.
I ordered over 10 days ago and still haven't received my order.
There's no customer service; there is no number to contact anybody. This company takes your money and forgets about you.

item got replaced after i wrote a bad review on here, i got an email asking to take down the review after sending out a replacement even though they had no intentions of sending out a replacement as my last email was in sept 25 and i hear nothing until i write a review on the company and they get back to me in nov 25. just shows how bad the customer support is within the company instead of apologizing and sending out a replacement they messed me about.the item works and was delivered swiftly so i do give them that.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. the company sent out a replacement item and delivered it swiftly.
I sent photos of the problem as it won't connect I did everything
They won't send the replacement out even though I have the order number and the transaction on my bank records. I keep going around and around in circles with the bot when I want to speak to a real person and there's no option too. The customer support is rubbish so my problem hasn't been solved.
Preferred solution: A replacement of the mission 2 and maybe additional item for wasting my time and money

No delivery
I have purchased three products from Loveness website. They have not been delivered and I cannot seem to find how to track my order anywhere.
I ordered as guest without an account. I have an order number and a screenshot of all of the information.
I have sent multiple emails, but nobody has gotten back to me. I'm starting to worry that I'm not going to get any product and I will be out $300.

Y it the toy breaking

I have bought the lush, which stopped working properly after 1 month and a half and stopped completely after 5 months. I bought the domi, which is the only one that still works at a minimum.
I bought the camera from them, and it stopped working for no reason after 3 months. Now the *** machine that cost $800 is giving me a REAL HARD TIME to work, keeping disconnecting every 30 seconds. THE WORST ELECTRONIC AND LOGISTIC EVER.
Don't buy from them. That was my last try!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
When i eventually put in the address for my girlfriend so the Nora can ship to her I then put in my own address for the max 2. When I pressed on my apple autofill I thought it would act *** fill out my address and other information but it only put in my address not zip code. So when I found the problem I contacted them on there page and told them to reroute the package or cancel just that one package. The *** *** thought it was a good idea to cancel both packages.
So I ordered another and doubled checked my billing address and it was all good. I checked my orders AND THEY *** SUSPENDED IT AGAIN.
Like I did not *** ask you to do that especially when I got the address correct this time. The reason why Im so annoyed is because the sale they have going on will eventually end by the time they get back to me, theyre so painfully *** slow.

Product not received
Didn't receive product and because they don't have a customer service line you cannot contact them other than email. Where they repeatedly tell you to wait a few more Days

The they don’t give your money back for refunds
You buy something but its the wrong item or whatever. You initiate a refund, they make you go through hoops to show that its unopened before allowing you to return, which I understand.
They give you a 3 day window to do this but when its time for them to return your money they give you the runaround and have you keep waiting for it.
In my case I have waited a month and a half and still havent gotten my money back! There isnt even a phone number for you to call!
DONT BUY FROM LOVENSE!
They are robbing people and dont do good business. Had I gotten my money back sooner I wouldve bought another item but no thank you now if this is the way they treat customers

Re order #240********, placed on 08.21.2024. I emailed customer service about exchanging gravity for nora prior to the gravitt being delivered.
Was advised to take pics and reply w attachments ahowing unopened gravity & Lovense would start the exchange process, send necessary labels, send the nora item, and refund to original payment method the $40.00 difference between the sale prices for the gravity and the nora at the time correspondence began. I attached the pocs and have send x8 follow up emails attempting to make thjs exchange. No one has gotten back to me. I even opened an additional account w a different email in an attempt to illicit a reply.
This is nlt only unacceptable, it's bordering on fraud. PLEASE ADVISE.

Preferred solution: The exchange, for the item I want, return the unopened, unwanted item, return label emailed to me, and a refund for the $40.00 price difference. AS AGREED AND DISCUSSED ON AUG. 23.

I purchased a Diamo by Lovense received the package and without opening, it realized it was not going to work for my partner. I immediately contacted customer support and asked them to return the unopened box and exchange it for something that would actually work.
The problem with this product is if you do not have enough stretch to your *** and balls there is no way to put it inside of the Diamo with your penis. It only works if someone has small *** or very loose ball skin. I only found out this information after I already made the purchase but as soon as the box came, I demanded that they give me my money back or exchange it. Emails were sent back-and-forth.
I was told to open the product even though they knew that would void the warranty on it.
I refused to open the product and they refused to help me at all. Worst customer service ever!

I purchased the Lush 3 6 months ago and I have to say, it has been life-changing for me.
The pricing was reasonable, and the shipping was fast and discreet. The sensations provided by the Lush 3 are truly amazing.
It has elevated my sex experiences with my partner to new heights. The customer service team was also helpful and responsive when my toy died, quickly issuing a replacement.

Zero human contact regarding customer support. I flat out cannot locate a working phone number for these folks, which sucks…Sometimes, wait for it……..sometimes plain speech with a human being is good

There is no one to help me, no contact number, or customer service. Don't buy one of these to cam with, as there is no one to help you set it up and there is no way of contacting Lovense at all.
