My clients over the past 10 years know I am fully transparent. I have been battling cancer and hyperthyroidism. During my recovery, my Instagram page was hacked, along with my website. Several clients placed orders believing it was me and made investments in a person who was impersonating me, mostly through direct messages. After filing a police report, I was able to get that Instagram page shut down.
I have created a new page reclaiming my trademarked brand, LoveMyAlannah. Although I miss all my wonderful clients, my recovery and health are essential, so I will not be taking orders at this time. Please know this is the real LoveMyAlannah. I am here to answer any questions or concerns and try to help anyone file a dispute to be financially reimbursed if you placed an order that never shipped. I can assure anyone here who left a negative comment that I was not involved in any scam and was completely unaware this person was accepting orders. Once I found out, I had the website shut down.
It took almost 3 years to get Instagram to close the fake page and remove my business name:

I ordered several items on Afterpay totaling up to $150 back in September. It's now December.
I emailed LoveMyAlannah, messaged, reached out on Instagram never heard back. Afterpay was no help. They never heard back from her either. Now her website is shut down.
I'm out the clothes I picked for my granddaughter and the money I spent on them.
It's given me trust issues with small businesses, unfortunately. Don't buy from LoveMyAlannah, you'll lose your money and just get frustrated like me.
