I went in for some highlights and left with thick zebra stripes, uneven toned splashes of orange. The distracted stylist (Sidney or Cindy), an older dark haired Italian woman in her late 50's with a large pointy nose & piercing black eyes- was unapologetic and fowarded the blame on me for not specifying the thickness.

When I suggested she was busy texting, she became confrontational, did not offer to correct the issue, called over the manager and walked to the back. They charged me $200.00 & the receptionist advised me, unknowingly that tips should be made in cash, otherwise there will be a mandatory credit card service fee!

Needless to say I will not be returning! Lovella Salon, 1296 2nd Ave, New York.
