User's recommendation: Lovelace don’t care about the elderly. And I feel taking advantage of the fact that we can speak up. Or lack of money to be heard.

Cannot get appointment, provider sent referral a month ago. I get left on hold, when calling. My chart is useless to book an appointment with a new provider, limits u to what you have on file.
