Frustrating experience with this company
Ordering from this company is frustrating. After a series of attempts to contact them (a reply to their confirmation email came back with "mailbox full" message, their website says " you have placed no orders", their DHL link didn't link.
I finally saw a popup for Help Chat . Took the rep a while to find my order, she gave me links. DHL handing off to USPS, states "awaiting package" same message for the last eight days. Company says wait 12 more days and contact them if I haven't received the yarn.
I crochet to relax. This isn't relaxing me .
lol - I won't order from this company again. So many other ways to get yarn that are actually fun, not annoying and time consuming.
- Tracking my order was a huge hassle
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
