Missing package

My package never arrived at my chosen location, it was meant to be delivered on 17/08/21 I have been to the post office every day but no luck. I am extremely disappointed.

Passive Aggressive Customer Service

On two occasions I called Lovehoney in the US and got agents with very poor customer service skills.

User's recommendation: Don't do business with this company. There is plenty of competition.

Love Honey? More Like, Love Stealing!!

Goods undelivered - Goods were delivered to next door and left by the postman with no signature being obtained. The goods were then returned to Royal mail, again with no receipt or signature being obtained by either party. Royal Mail or LoveHoney have since lost the goods and LoveHoney will not give any refunds, so the customer loses out!! I have spoken to many unhelpful advisers at Lovehoney (Jackie, Chelsea & Laura) and they all refer you back to a guy called Matt Oxford - Matt is allegedly the Customer Service Manager but sadly his customer service skills are somewhat lacking to say the least. He has no idea about customer service nor does he try to resolve problems on the customers behalf. It is fair to say that his customer service skills can only be compared to that of an idiotic baboon. After much banging my head against a brick wall - and being refused the right to speak with anyone more senior than Matt - I have initiated a charge back with my card provider in the vain hope that they can resolve the issue I have with this rob dog company. BUYER BEWARE......I would not reccommend this company to my worst enemy!!!
