You cannot speak to a person at the company although they have a customer number. The product still has not arrived in the US and the postal service cannot do nothing until it arrives at shipping point and probably will be to late. Never do business with this company again.

- - Order placed April 2023; two items didn't work and couldn't be returned.
- - One item never shipped; refunds delayed, privacy blocks video, poor follow-up.
Do not purchase any items from this company! I placed an order in April 2023.
Two of the items did not work as described and could not be used. Was not able to return since they were opened. Company said they could try to do something if I sent video but I could not do that since it would be a violation of my privacy. One of the items in the order never shipped, the company acknowledged this, and still took over a month and half, and several emails from me to refund my money.
I returned two other items and company initially tried to say that only one item was in the box. They said that they were trying to work out what to do about the remaining two items, since I pointed out that these items did not work as advertised and were pretty much junk. I have been receiving emails back and forth, some with great delay between them since April, but company sent me an email on 6/2 asking me to verify the refund amounts for the remaining two items. I responded the same day, and have heard NOTHING back since.
I have sent many emails, asked for supervisor name for contact (they will not let you call) and still get no response. 26 days with no response.
Company seems less than reputable. Do not waste your time.

- Cannot call anyone at company
- Do not respond to emails in timely manner

My order was received at the 15 and shows was shipped and has been DELIVERED but did NOT arrive to my address. I other words… I didn’t receive a package on my name from this company.
