No one answered the call and I could not leave a message. Its important for me to get this resolved now since I just placed the order and it is incorrect. I need an additional scan of yarn and I need to know that my request has been received and acted upon.
Preferred solution: I want to change my order from one skein of Malabrigo superwash merino wool 037 (lettuce) to two skeins. I charged it. I made this order within the hour.

I have purchased many orders from Lovecraft I really do like everything I get from this but this time I cannot download the pattern and I am angry why now what's the difference what did you guys do that won't let my downloads go through.
