Enquiry about a voucher
I have received a gift from my workplace, which I then exchanged for Love to Shop vouchers. I had them printed out with a barcode and tried using them at Asda, but they weren't accepted.
I then transferred these into Asda vouchers, and received an email with a £10 and a £50 voucher. I used the £10 vouchers at Asda but accidentally deleted the £50 voucher.
Therefore, I am asking if I will be able to redeem this £50 voucher again? Thank you very much.

The customer services department is not very cooperative
Despite them contacting me immediately with apologies and asking I send them the information I had already provided, I've heard nothing since.
