My order was returned to Romeoville
I ordered a Christmas present for my friend in Idaho on December 18,2024 but the website said that it needed a physical address and could not deliver to Shawn Farling P.O. Box 301 Orofino Idaho but the package never came to the physical address of 4 Bobber Lp Ahsahka Idaho instead the package was sent back to the manufacturer I need it delivered to the post office as even the post master is waiting for it to arrive

Resolved: No customer service
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Had to file complaint with PayPal, they never got a response from them and they refunded my money
Only,received half,my order, cant reach anyone to find out why , no refund , no hat. Guess I have to file a complaint with Pay Pal,to,get my money back.
