I want to cancel my order. I dont think the colour of the jacket is fit for me.
My Oder number is 432982 (Universal Textile Delivery). I paid through the Klarna of first instalment of £26.76 on 8th Sep 2024 when I placed my order.

Does anyone know how to help resolve issues please? I've had ongoing problems with this Retail now for about 5 weeks! Emailing with them is a waste of time as your just passed backwards and forwards to people who are absolutely useless at their jobs!!!
Many trips in store but they can't do anything as according to the guy I spoke to they're just sales people!!! Genuinely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life!!!???
