Worst ever-Thieves
I purchased a one day pass for a class at Love Pole Fitness. They put me on a wait list and told me I would be notified by email. I was never notified. When I called to find out if I could take the next class I was told I was a "no show" and would have to purchase another pass because I broke their policy. I went back and forth by text and the person would not give a her/his name. I was then sent a screen shot of an email with no proof it was sent to me. I still have yet to receive an email. I called and left messages and no one will call me back. I filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office. As far as i'm concerned they stole my moneyand they broke their own policy. Owners are Tobin Green and Seirra
