I have not received confirmation either way. Unable to reach Love and Pride customer service via phone or email.

E-Mails Sent messages sent calls go to voicemail, I think I need to turn the over to my attorney, this company seems like it turned into a fraud company

I have tried to reach customers service for over 2 months and no response. Called ,emailed,live chat,and put in tickets no response. Very disappointed.

My item never shipped and I cannot contact the company. I have left numerous voicemail messages for them.

I am attempted to chat online on their website and I even sent a message in facebook too. No one has ever responded. No one emails or returns calls. and no one ever answers the phone.

I spent almost $100 and they happily accepted my money but received an item for someone in Canada.

the shipping slip inside the box even has her name and address on it.

I would like my item and to get this one to its rightful owner. But have no idea how to contact the company now.

Udi and Ben entered into an agreement to sell my product on their website and stopped paying their bills and now I am out of pocket literally thousands of dollars. Repeatedly tried to contact them via email and ask for the money due, nothing but empty promises and missed deadlines.

Udi is the president of the company and I contacted him personally to settle the debt and I was assured they would pay, they lie cheat and steal your money. I would seriously avoid doing business with this company, you will learn the hard way like I did.

I am pursuing this matter through the small claims department to recover my money. I can support my claim written here incase anyone needs a reference for doing business with Udi and his criminal fraudulent business.

Ordered 2 rings on sale. Got them a week after and really liked them.

I ordered my now fiance's wedding ring at the start of the year, to be ready for the proposal in July. When the ring came, it was the wrong item. The second item was the wrong size. The correct ring took four months.

During this four month wait I received no updates nor any responses to multiple customer service inquiries. I had to go to my bank to file a fraud claim. A representative from Love and Pride called me back telling me that they were on "holiday".

My rings came in three weeks late when I paid for rushed delivery. The rings were paid in full back in may 2015 when the order was made.

Now, I received a rude email from they claiming I have an outstanding account and will press legal action. It a scam of a company.

I placed an order and paid for a Rainbow Rings (Rounded Titanium Ring, Rainbow Cutout) and selected and paid for FedEx International. Love and Pride sent the order via USPS and NOT FedEx - as CLEARLY stipulated on the paid invoice.

The order can no longer be tracked and is basically lost. I requested information regarding this situation and they opened a ticket, but that is basically all they have done. Love and Pride do not answer customer queries or reply to any e-mails.

I will NEVER buy anything from them again and I suggest that nobody does. You receive zero support, zero feedback, and basically it is a massive ripoff.

Guess I should have read the reviews before purchasing from them. I just recently ordered the Rainbow Titanium Ring and they sent the wrong ring.

Tried calling them and left a message and no one return my calls. Looks like they don't even pay for the returning of the product, even if it's their mistake. Beware of purchasing from them. I'm hoping they are going to replace and give me the correct one.

From all the negative reviews I'm reading on here, I fear the worst is yet to come and my experience with them is just starting.

Their return policy needs to be revised to pay for their own mistakes.

Made a purchase but item was too large so I returned it. Was telephoned and told that the percentage off was to high to return item??? It was not stated when I purchased. I was told I needed to read the policy before I purchased and they don't need to state it on the purchase page!

Name is love and pride, I hope they are PROUD of their deceptive policies!!!!!

Saw the ad on Facebook. Ordered a ring size 11.5.

They promised 2 business day delivery. Received ring 12 days after ordering, WRONG size, and they make it too difficult to return or exchange. I'm out $200. The only way they will exchange the ring is if I first send back the wrong size ring, at MY expense.

Given their inefficiency in processing the first order, and the stupidity of the telephone representative, I'm afraid they will misplace it and say they never received it. I asked them to send me the correct size, and a stamped package so I can then return the wrong size ring. They have my credit card on file and permission to charge it.

If I don't return the wrong size ring, they can still charge it to my credit card. The representative was also rude, even though it was their fault, not mine.
