I ordered the Infinity Love necklace
- Ordered a necklace in November 2024; shipping by 11/30/24.
- Updates: still sold out, no ETA; offered 10% off another order.
I am still waiting for a response on my request about the ETA of the delivery of my order from last year. All i hear from the company are empty promises, without any explanation beyond out of stock. This seems more and more like fraud.
Ordered the necklace in November 2024. Order confirmation stated shipping by 11/30/24.
No updates. On 12/19/24 I reached out to the company and was told that we are still sold out. Asked what ETA was for the next shipment and got no response. Just an offer of 10 percent off another order.
Thinking that if you can't fulfill my current order why would I spend any money on a new order. Again I reached out in late January 2025, and I inquired the status of my order and an ETA for the order.
The Reply back was still sold out and no ETA. This seems to me to be fraud.
